How long is a standard lease?

A standard lease through Hello Truck Lease lasts for 36 months.

How much are the lease payments?

Lease payment amounts depend on a few factors, including but not limited to the mileage band selected and the vehicle size. We offer flexible pricing structures designed to support last-mile delivery professionals at different stages of their businesses. In some cases, we offer a tiered pricing option , which lowers first-year payments and makes leasing new trucks more accessible than ever.

What is included in the lease?

All* repair and maintenance is included in your lease payment, subject to the lessee’s compliance with the lease agreement. Whether it’s an oil or brake change, towing, or a transmission failure, we provide bumper-to-bumper service across the country through our network of carefully vetted service partners. We even provide on-yard maintenance in participating markets, at no additional cost. We also cover vehicle registration and annual DOT inspections. *excluding glass, tires, and physical damage

What is NOT included in the lease?

Hello Truck Lease exists to help keep your operating costs predictable. There are only a few standard exclusions to the lease, such as glass, tires, and physical damage. Delivery fees for your vehicles may also apply, depending on location and vehicle availability. Repairs or maintenance required as a result of operation outside lease terms (including exceeding mileage limits) are not covered. Lessee is responsible for maintaining physical damage insurance on leased vehicles, as required under the lease agreement.

How soon can I get trucks?

Timing can vary depending on the quantity of vehicles ordered and the truck model. Fortunately, Hello Truck Lease maintains active inventory, and we have placed a large order for additional trucks that will be delivered throughout 2026. Inventory availability and delivery timelines are subject to manufacturer production schedules.

Which vehicles are available?

We offer a full suite of new, Schedule B-compliant trucks . Our inventory includes popular configurations like Ford Transits, P1000s, P1200s, and 16' Cutaways, depending on availability. Additional vehicle sizes may be available upon request, subject to market conditions and manufacturer availability.

What mileage bands are available?

We pride ourselves on offering contractors flexible fleet solutions. Hello Truck Lease currently offers three lease mileage band options: - 15k mi/yr (less than 50 miles/day) - 25k mi/yr (50-80 miles/day) - 35k mi/yr (80-110 miles/day) Along with our full suite of Schedule B-compliant vehicles. How long does the approval process take?

The underwriting process is specific to each application, so timelines may vary. Submitting complete and timely documentation helps our team evaluate your application as quickly as possible. In many cases, applications can be reviewed within 24-48 hours, once all required documentation has been received. Approval is subject to underwriting criteria and program requirements.

Can I add more trucks to my fleet later?

Yes. We are committed to providing flexible fleet solutions for independent contractors, and that includes fleet expansion. If you want to scale up your fleet after your initial deployment, our team can help you explore additional vehicles, subject to underwriting review, program availability, and applicable lease terms.

What are my end-of-lease options?

At the end of your lease, available options may include vehicle return, lease renewal, or extension. Purchase options, if any, are subject to separate approval.
