NO ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING WILL BE COMBINED WITH ANOTHER WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF ALL PARTIES TO ALL AFFECTED ARBITRATIONS OR PROCEEDINGS. Changes to these Terms of Use. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will post the revised Terms of Use on the Site with an updated "Effective" date. Changes will be effective upon posting. If you object to any changes, your only recourse is to stop using the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any revised Terms of Use will constitute your acceptance of such changes. Miscellaneous.
